The team at Vulic Law has some of the strongest experience in dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration found in Serbia. Having worked on some of the most high-profile arbitration proceedings and litigations in the country, the team at Vulic Law are recognised as leading experts in the field. The team gained their experience representing clients such as a leading Swiss hotel chain, in several ICC investment arbitrations, acting as lead legal advisor to Holcim in in-court litigation proceedings, acting as lead legal advisor to Astra Zeneca in in-court litigation proceedings, advising IFC in in-court litigation proceedings and acting as a key legal adviser to the Serbian subsidiary of Pfizer in in-court proceedings. The team has also worked with Wizz Air on disputes before the Serbian courts, Duferco on commercial litigation proceedings and Chrysler on commercial litigation proceedings.
Currently, our team is providing the support in the court dispute arising from purchase of the company through the bankruptcy proceeding – value of dispute EUR 5 Mio.
We are also involved in the court process related to annulment of ICC Arbitration award before the Serbian Court, representing the interest of the company COFIS SA, Switzerland – value of investment cca EUR 10 Mio.
