Vulic Law advised the majority shareholders from Greece, in the sale of their stake in one of Belgrade’s most renowned hotels – the four-star IN Hotel.
Opened in 2006, IN Hotel is located in close proximity to the Belgrade Arena and the Sava Amphitheatre. With 187 rooms and suites, conference halls, and a wellness center, the hotel has established itself as a leading destination for international business events and corporate clients.
The transaction, led by Miloš Vulić, was successfully completed with the invaluable support of the reputable company Avalon Real Estate Agency from Belgrade and Bojan Jevtić and Nikola Ristivojevic, who acted as intermediaries in the sale process.
This deal represents yet another significant transaction in the hospitality sector in which Vulic Law played a key role, following last year’s successful sale of the Holiday Inn Express Belgrade.
