We are pleased to announce that Vulic Law has been advising the Swiss owners of the renowned hotel in downtown Belgrade on the establishment of a new operator that will manage the hotel in the coming period.
Our work in this project entails negotiations and legal advice throughout the process of establishment of a new operator including drafting the hotel operating contracts. Also, we have advised the Client with respect to assignment of its employees to the new operator.
